  • Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all packaging, labels, and tags intact. Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts may be subject to different terms, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, underwear and intimate products (such as bras, panties, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Exceptions and Special Considerations

  • Sale and Clearance Items
    All sale or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective. Please check the item description carefully before making your purchase.

  • Gift Returns
    If you received an item as a gift, we are happy to offer an exchange for another product or a store credit of the same value. Gift returns must follow the same guidelines as regular returns.

  • Defective or Damaged Items
    In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange for a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
